Resources to Help You Prepare for Back to School

The first day of school is in just over a weeks’ time. While parents are preparing supplies for their children for the coming school year, below are some items for consideration.

 

Lovable Labels Fundraiser

TOS has created our very own The Oxford School Lovable Label pack, including 123 customizable labels! Labels are waterproof, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, peel & stick, UV resistant, laundry safe, and bleach safe. To order our custom label pack, follow the fundraising link www.OxfordSchool.lovablelabels.ca, and use the search tool to search for The Oxford School.

While we encourage parents to label their child’s belongings/clothing, purchasing labels from Lovable Labels is not mandatory.

Youth Face Masks

Face masks are mandatory for all students come fall, they may be purchased from the store of your choosing. Below are a couple of suggestions for anyone having a hard time finding masks for their children. Learn more about the upcoming school year here.

Be You Apparel - Youth Fabric Face Mask

Reusable double layer fabric face masks (non-medical grade). Made of a cotton and polyester inner layer and 100% polyester outer layer with polyester stretch fabric loops that fit around the ears.

Reusable cloth masks are made of two layers of tightly woven 100% cotton, pre-shrunk (fabric colours change daily). With filter pocket and nose wire. The elastic ear loops are long and tied to fit, or tied around the back of the head. Minimum donation of $8 each with all proceeds going towards donated items to the hospitals and nursing homes.

While we encourage students to wear their house colours during TOS House System events, branded spirit wear is not mandatory.

    Available in 4 house colours with full colour silkscreen logo including house name on front.

  • HOODIE - Classic pullover hooded sweatshirt, with double lined hood. 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester. Available in 4 house colours with two white logo impressions (one on chest and one on hood)

  • TOQUE - Fine knit solid toque. 100% Acrylic. Available in 4 house colours.

Athletic T-Shirts

“The Wild” athletic t-shirt is a part of the required school uniform gym clothing. Learn more about the school uniform guidelines here.
