2018/2019 Parent Teacher Association

The PTA Nominating Committee (including the owners, Teacher Representative(s) and the Head of School) is now accepting applications and nominations for this year’s Parent Teacher Association. Applications for the 2018/2019 school year will be accepted until October 19th. We welcome all parents to apply or nominate fellow parents for leadership positions.

We strive to create a diverse and balanced roster of applicants that accurately represents our school’s demographic. Our goal is to see that every parent has a voice on our PTA and is given the chance to become actively involved in enriching the educational opportunities at our school.

Nominations and applications can be submitted by filling out the PTA Leadership Nomination Form and the Parent Association Application Form. Parents can fill out the forms online or pick up forms by visiting the administration office. You may nominate as many candidates as you choose; however, you must use a separate form for each recommendation.

Please note all parent volunteers at Woodstock Trinity School are required to provide a Police Record Check. Following the submission of applications, the applicants will need to obtain a signed Request for Police Record Check from WTS administration.
